Can I exchange or return my order?

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns.

What if my product is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products via the form below.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship in about 1-5 business days then take an additional 2-5 business days in transit depending on your location. Occasionally orders may be delayed during periods of peak demand, due to inclement weather or the COVID19 Pandemic.

During checkout, please note the delivery timelines associated with shipping methods. These reflect our best estimates at time of checkout. However, we cannot and do not guaranteed date of delivery.

We will notify you by email when your package ships and provide your shipment's tracking information.
